A done-for-you funnel system for Filipino financial advisors: your website, the client funnel that turns strangers into booked Clarity Calls — quiz, personal gap report, results in their inbox — and automatic follow-ups that run until every lead books.
Five things: a website, a funnel with a working quiz, a pipeline with follow-ups scheduled for you, calendar booking, and every automatic email template ready to read. Setup takes minutes, not a project.
Yes — 30 days, no card. Every feature is unlocked from the first minute, and nothing is charged unless you choose to renew.
Yes. NudgeNow is independent and company-agnostic — advisors from Pru Life UK, Sun Life, FWD, AXA, Manulife and others use the same app. Illustrations and proposals stay in your official systems; NudgeNow makes sure the follow-through happens.
Both ways, after one connection: bookings land on your real calendar with Google Meet links, and your existing commitments automatically block your booking slots, so you’re never double-booked.
Yes, in the way that matters: NudgeNow is a fast web app that works on any phone. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app, notifications included — no installs, no updates, nothing to sideload.
Yes — a full page at nudgenow.ph/a/your-name with your photo, your story, the services you sell, your numbers, what clients say, your own FAQ, and a booking button on every screen. Six templates, dark or light, live the second you press Save. Everything on your website, in one place.
About 15 minutes. Pick a template, paste your details, publish. There’s no build step, no deploy, and no hosting to buy.
Yes. Every site starts on a free nudgenow.ph link; point a domain you own at it and it becomes your address — in the browser tab and in the link preview when someone shares you. It’s two DNS records, the app walks you through them registrar by registrar, and your email is untouched.
Yes, any time. All six render the same content, so switching never loses a word of what you wrote.
No. You choose a template, a theme and an accent color; everything else is your own words and one photo.
On your website and funnel, no — a lead sees your name, photo, headline, accent color and your own domain if you connect one, even in the browser tab. Emails arrive as “you via NudgeNow” with replies going straight to your inbox. Leads experience your brand; we stay the engine underneath.
Your personal public page (nudgenow.ph/q/your-name) with the Protection Check — a two-minute quiz in plain English. Leads get a full personal gap report on the spot, a copy of it in their inbox, and a Clarity Call booked directly into your calendar. The same check lives on your website, so every visitor can take it there too. Every submission becomes a lead in your pipeline with the answers attached, and you can attach a Meta Pixel to run ads to it. See how the client funnel works, step by step.
Yes — the Protection Check is yours to edit in Grow → Lead Funnel. Reword any question into your own voice (English, Taglish, anything), reorder them, and add your own questions — choices, numbers, or free text — whose answers land on the lead. The core questions that feed the coverage calculator can be reworded freely but not removed, so the math always keeps working.
The session leads book with you at the end of the funnel — and yes, you can rename it. “Clarity Call” is only the default: change it in Grow → Lead Funnel to whatever you call your first meeting (FNA, Game Plan Session, Discovery Call…) and every booking button, email, and calendar invite follows automatically.
A standard needs-based analysis — the approach behind recognized methods like the income-replacement multiple and the DIME method (Debt, Income, Mortgage, Education) — with amounts calibrated to Philippine costs. Life cover = monthly support × 12 × years of support (capped at 10 years, in line with the common 7–10-year income-replacement guideline) + ₱100,000 final expenses (a typical Philippine funeral runs ₱60K–₱300K) + outstanding debts. Critical illness is a flat ₱2,000,000 — treating the “big three” routinely passes ₱1M while typical HMO annual limits stop at ₱100K–₱300K. Income protection is 5 years of living expenses — 2, 5, and 10 years are the standard disability benefit periods (a conservative 2-year figure applies past ₱3M). Every test question feeds one of these inputs, and results are educational estimates — advisors turn them into real plans in the session.
Two kinds. First, the funnel emails, always on: their Coverage Snapshot the moment they finish the check, one nudge the next day if they haven’t booked, a booking confirmation with the calendar invite and reschedule link, and a reminder on the morning of the call. Second, automatic follow-ups — a short sequence for whatever stage they’re in, plus a monthly email that suits the season. Follow-ups ship switched off: you turn on the sequences you want, and you can read or edit every template before a single one goes out. Everything is sent as you, with replies going to your own inbox.
Automatic emails that keep your old leads warm: a sequence of follow-ups matched to the stage they’re in, plus one monthly email suited to the season. Written for Filipino advisors, sent under your name.
No, by design. Nothing sends until you switch it on. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that’s honored forever. The moment someone replies, their automatic emails stop and the conversation is yours. And leads who stay quiet get fewer emails over time, never more.
Yes — read and rewrite every template before you switch a sequence on, and turn any individual sequence or monthly email off.
You. Your name, sent through NudgeNow’s mail servers, with replies going straight to your own inbox. They’re written to look like a message you typed, not a newsletter.
One-off blasts to your whole list, bought only when you need one — automatic follow-ups are included forever and never cost extra. 500 sends ₱149, 2,000 ₱399, 5,000 ₱799, and 200 campaign credits arrive free every month. Credits never expire, and you only buy a pack when you have something to say to everybody.
Yes — upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file and they land in your pipeline with a follow-up scheduled. Existing clients can come in with their policy details too, so premium and review reminders start right away.
Never. Your book is isolated to your account and enforced at the database level. Nobody at NudgeNow browses client books either — system access is engineering-only, and we will never sell or share your data. Your clients stay yours.
Yes. NudgeNow is designed to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) — you remain the controller of your clients’ information and NudgeNow acts as your processor, storing and processing it only to serve you. The full details are in the privacy policy.
₱299 per month, or ₱2,990 for a full year (two months free). Everything automatic is in it — your website, your funnel, your lead emails and your follow-ups — with no tiers and no per-lead charges. The only optional extra is a campaign pack, if you ever want to blast your whole list at once.
Via QR Ph — scan the checkout code with any bank or e-wallet app. Payments are processed by PayMongo, a BSP-regulated Philippine payment provider, and are pay-as-you-go: ₱299 adds a month, ₱2,990 adds a year, and nothing is ever auto-charged. Card payments are coming soon.
Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only — you can still see every lead, client, and note. Renew anytime and it all unlocks instantly.
₱299 a month, locked for life, for the first 100 advisors — when pricing rises for everyone else, founding members keep paying ₱299. Signing up for the free trial counts your spot.
Yes — each advisor signs up for their own account with their own subscription. Client books are never shared, even between teammates.
